No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met my needs. It was an exceptionally nice and ideal location near kattappana, and center of kattappana. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

the room service was top-notch, prompt, and always with a smile. the staff working the night shift were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfasts were simple but delicious, a perfect way to start the day exploring Kattappana. the location couldn't have been more convenient, with famous landmarks easily reachable on a short drive.

There were a couple of hiccups that could be improved. it was disappointing to see the bathroom lacking a lock - a basic necessity for any hotel room.
